What did your group do during the mission trip?

We built a small house for a family whose home had been destroyed in a devastating fire in January. The gratitude to God they expressed over what we were able to do in 2 1/2 days was amazing.

What was one way you saw your group grow through this trip?

I love to see our students interacting with the adults on the trips. We ranged from 21 to 92 years. Everyone made a great team!

Anything else to share about your trip?

I made the mistake of mentioning that Monday of the trip was my birthday. After lunch the ladies brought out a beautiful cake and sang their birthday song (at least 300 verses). Awkward, but wonderful!!
